Honest Joe is that kind of friend for those who grow fond of what Honest Joe likes to create with his music. In all honesty. Tunes you can visit like a true friend's place you haven't visited in a long time but know that you're always welcome, that kind of stuff, you know?! Honest Joe is rap's philosopher/poet always looking for the perfect beat to pen and recite his notes to self on - on a perpetual quest to creatively deal with life's bigger and smaller challenges. Providing grooves and food for thought from a nimble, socially conscious and versatile disposition.

Apparently, Honest Joe is a child of the 20th century. It seems quite obvious to shelve Honest Joe's music in one of these conveniently labeled and popularly frequented boxes of "oh yeah - I know what this is all about...". Most likely that'll be a jump to a conclusion made too hasty as Honest Joe's only actual point of reference lies in 'becoming' itself. Musically you can hear where these lovingly and carefully crafted tunes come from, but you can only take a wild guess at where that journey will be heading to eventually.
